Sam gained a unique insight and understanding of Coyote from the client’s perspective as a former Coyote user himself.

As Co-Head of Fund Analytics at M7 Real Estate, he led all modelling and analytical functions within the Investment Management team. He worked on several successful joint ventures and listed mandates, and played a key role in building the tools to facilitate accurate forecasting across the properties.
