Carlee Fava is an experienced professional in leadership development and customer management, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager for Coyote Logistics since September 2018. In this role, Carlee builds impactful training programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and oversees the development of new initiatives aligned with business objectives. Formerly, Carlee managed the Customer Development team, focusing on growth and coaching before their transition to Coyote's customer teams. Prior experience includes serving as the Advertising Sales Director at Professional Sports Publications, where Carlee led the production and delivery of publications for various organizations, managed client relationships, and coordinated project timelines and resources. Carlee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Corporate Relations from the University of Mississippi, supplemented by studies at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and LIM College.
