Brandon Ian van Zyl is an Associate Attorney at Cox Yeats Attorneys with extensive experience in action, application, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, along with a strong background in legal research and drafting. Previously, Brandon served as a Legal Advisor for The Chamber of Legal Students, assisting students in disciplinary hearings, and worked as an Inbound Sales Representative at Yoco. Additionally, Brandon completed an internship at the Forestry And Agricultural Biotechnology Institute, focusing on pathogenic microorganisms and mangrove ecosystem biodiversity. Academically, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town, where a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Law was also earned, along with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Pretoria. Early education was completed at Pretoria Boys High School and Southern Cross Schools.
