Yolanda Poullard, PRC, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 16 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Cox Enterprises since February 2007. In this role, Yolanda focuses on delivering exceptional service, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong partnerships with various stakeholders. Prior to Cox Enterprises, Yolanda worked as a Staffing Manager at Applebee's from December 2004 to February 2007, overseeing staffing and employee relations for multiple locations in the Southwest LA region. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from McNeese State University, graduated in 1996.
