Colleen Dillaway serves as the Market Vice President at Cox Communications, overseeing the Orange County and Palos Verdes markets since March 2018, where the focus is on local issue resolution and team cohesion to drive business results. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Public Affairs in California, where Colleen developed strategies for community relations and employee engagement. Additional positions encompass Senior Director of State Government Affairs at Charter Communications, Director of Sales and Marketing for Bright House Networks, and various marketing and public affairs roles at Bright House Networks/Time Warner Cable and Cablevision. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies from UC Santa Barbara and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
