Ashleigh-Joi Silas is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Business Partners at Cox Communications since March 2016, Ashleigh-Joi has been integral in designing and executing HR strategies that enhance the Cox Experience and optimize workforce skills. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Chart Industries, Inc., where Ashleigh-Joi developed people strategies aligned with organizational objectives, and various HR management positions at HP, Ford Motor Company, and ADP, showcasing expertise in talent management, organizational design, and employee relations. Ashleigh-Joi holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University and has completed an Executive Leadership and Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
