Jo Robinson is an experienced Lead Transformation Architect at Cox Automotive Europe since July 2008, specializing in strategy, consultancy, and high-level design support across the UK and European markets. Previous roles at Cox Automotive include Lead Business Architect and Business Analyst Manager, focusing on business process improvement, solution design, and managing teams of Business Analysts. Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Jo Robinson worked at Horner Brothers Print Group Limited as an IT Developer, enhancing business processes and developing online ordering systems. Jo's career began as a Research Analyst at BT, where development work on broadband and networks technologies was conducted. Jo Robinson holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
