Rikke Schrader is an experienced project manager currently working at COWI since November 2021, focusing on green transition advisory. Prior to this, Rikke held various roles at Maple from March 2017 to November 2021, including senior consultant, consultant, and freelance consultant, contributing to the development of people-centered recommendations for improved products, communication, and strategies. Rikke was also a partner at Moby Dox from August 2015 to July 2020, engaging in anthropological documentary films and podcasts. Additional experience includes work as a creative producer and fundraiser at Spor Media in 2017, a producer's assistant at Filmkontoret Proudest Productions, and a researcher at Elk Film. Rikke began the career as a teaching assistant at Børnehuset Tusindben. Rikke holds degrees in Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen and Aarhus University, as well as qualifications in marketing and producing from EAVE and the London Film Academy.
