Kwangmin Jung is a advisor at Cowbell Cyber. Kwangmin was previously a project manager and research assistant at the Institute of Insurance & Risk Management at the University of St. Gallen. Kwangmin has also worked as a visiting distinguished assistant professor at Drake University.

Kwangmin Jung holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Finance/Insurance from the University of St.Gallen, a Master of Science (MSc) in Automotive Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Quantitative Finance from Cass Business School. Kwangmin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University.
