Randy Thompson has over 27 years of work experience in the restaurant industry. Randy has held various managerial roles, starting as a Restaurant Manager at Churches Chicken in 2011. Randy then progressed to become an Area Coach at Southeastern Pizza Group, where they provided leadership and support to managers in the market. Randy also worked as a Senior District Manager at GPS Hospitality and Southeastern Pizza Group, where they focused on overseeing multiple locations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2020, they joined TOMS King as a District Manager and later became a Regional Director of Operations at Cowabunga Inc. Randy has a strong background in operations management, training, and customer service within the restaurant industry.

Randy Thompson obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Junior College of Business in the period of 1995 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Beulah Heights University from 2016 to 2020.
