Max Henderson is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leading and advising organizations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Ergo Impact since January 2024, Henderson also holds the role of Board President and CEO/CPO/Co-Founder at Covid Act Now since February 2020. Additionally, Henderson is an Affiliate at the Center for Health Science and Security at Georgetown University and provides advisory and investment support to multiple companies, including Charm Industrial, Esper, and Hyperframe. Henderson previously led Effective Giving as CEO until January 2024 and served as an advisor to Datacoral Inc during its acquisition by Cloudera. Notably, Henderson was a Director on the Board of ISLA, promoting bilingual education, and held the VP Product/GTM position at COMPASS. Henderson graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University.
