Phil Holdsworth, M.Sc., is an experienced operations and process manager with a strong background in mineral processing and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Covia since October 2022, Phil oversees kaolin operations, including mining, plant, lab, and maintenance activities. Previous roles include Process Manager and Process Engineer at GMA Garnet Group, Graduate Research Assistant at Montana Tech, and Plant Engineer at Granite Construction. Phil also held leadership positions as President of Craftsman Cabinet Co. and General Superintendent at Holdsworth Construction. Phil holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Utah.
