Sarah Soares, M.S., SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Covetrus. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director, Global Operations, Engineering, and Digital Gaming at Hasbro from 2020 to 2022. Sarah also worked as an HR Leader, Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson from 2019 to 2020.

Before their time at Johnson & Johnson, Sarah was a Human Resources Business Partner at Hasbro from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Blount Fine Foods from 2012 to 2014. Sarah also had a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Ximedica from 2010 to 2012, and as a Human Resources professional from 2010 to 2012.

Sarah gained earlier experience as a Recruitment Manager/Operations Officer at Communication Technologies, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Sarah also worked at Frito Lay as an Operations Manager/Service Center Manager from 2004 to 2008. Before transitioning into their HR career, they served as a Military Officer in the US Army from 2000 to 2004.

Sarah Soares, M.S., SHRM-SCP, obtained their Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bryant University in 2007. Sarah completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Sarah obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from SHRM in November 2015 and a certification in Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2014.
