Philip Knisely is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC since January 2011, Knisely has held significant positions such as EVP at Danaher from May 2000 to December 2010, CEO of Colfax Corp from January 1995 to June 2000, President of AMF from 1988 to 1995, and Division President at Emerson Electric Co. from September 1978 to September 1988. Knisely holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, earned between 1976 and 1978, and a degree from Kettering University, completed in 1976.
