Emily Lawson is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Nordic Naturals since November 2021. With a solid background in leadership development and human resources, Emily has held positions such as Leadership Development Consultant at HR Logic Solutions, Human Resources Business Partner at Serta Simmons Bedding, and Human Resources Director at Spring Air International. Emily’s expertise includes assessing organizational needs, coaching leaders, managing HR operations, and building HR functions from the ground up. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in HR Management from Ottawa University, earned from 2021 to 2023.
