Wing Wing He Ou is an experienced Application Development & Technical Service Engineer at Covestro since April 2021, previously holding the position of Application Technology Development Technician. Prior experience includes working as an Application Technology Technician at DSM, where Wing Wing He Ou focused on the development of anti-reflective coatings for the solar industry. As a graduation student at Universiteit Maastricht, Wing Wing He Ou synthesized and modified polymers for tissue engineering applications. Additional roles include Young Professional at Chemelot Innovation and Learning Labs, conducting research on flow chemistry and polymer synthesis, and an internship at AkzoNobel, where Wing Wing He Ou optimized production processes. Wing Wing He Ou earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in 2019.
