Sirish Mandapati P.Eng, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project controls and management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of North America for Project Controls at Covestro, Sirish has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and organizational strategies. Previous roles include Director of Project Controls at Enbridge, where leadership skills were utilized to motivate teams and shape strategic direction, as well as establishing the Planning & Scheduling division at Cenovus Energy. Additional experience includes managing significant projects at Worley and Technip Energies, showcasing expertise in cost control and project management. Sirish holds an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
