Shirlyn Cummings serves as a People Development Expert and Talent Management Director for the Production and Technology community at Covestro, a role held since January 2012. Prior to their current position, Shirlyn Cummings worked at Bayer from February 1986 to April 2012 as Human Resources Director. Shirlyn Cummings holds a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Psychology from Miami University, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
