Patricia McHenry is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty-three years of experience at Covestro, serving as both Human Resources Business Partner and Site HR Lead, specializing in succession planning and organizational development. Prior to Covestro, Patricia held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at HCA Bayshore Medical Center, focusing on employee relations and organizational management, and began their career as an HR Generalist at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Patricia holds a BBA in Marketing/Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
