Kim Ramsey is a Product Planning Specialist at Covestro, specializing in Ocean Freight Procurement since April 2013, where responsibilities include managing daily ocean freight matters and negotiating strategic procurement rates. Previously, Kim was a Supply Chain Trainee, gaining comprehensive end-to-end supply chain experience across various departments. Prior internship experiences at Bayer MaterialScience included roles in Logistics Strategy & Procurement, where daily invoice reports were created, and Shared Planning Services, which involved inventory monitoring and planning cost-effective shipments. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University.
