Katherine McEvilly is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries, including manufacturing and food services. Currently serving as the VP and Head of HR for Covestro since September 2020, Katherine previously held significant roles at Kerry, where responsibilities included leading HR for multiple commercial and functional divisions, overseeing large-scale organizational redesigns, and managing integration strategies during acquisitions. Katherine's earlier career included positions at GE Healthcare, where contributions involved global HR management and restructuring efforts, as well as foundational HR roles at Kerry and Cummins, Inc. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
