Chih-Fan (CF) Tsai is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and chemical industries, currently serving as Site Manager at 科思創 since June 2023, where oversight includes production, HSE, maintenance, project management, quality, and departmental management in a joint venture between Covestro and Eternal. Previous roles include Plant Manager at PPG, where leadership focused on E-coat services for fastener customers, and Executive Director at KK Enterprise (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., managing a comprehensive range of operations in adhesive label and tape manufacturing. Tsai's additional experience encompasses leadership positions at KK Enterprise Co., Ltd., TSMC, Oxylane Group (Decathlon), CTCI Corporation, and an internship at the London Centre for Nanotechnology. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL, MS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
