Bob Saunders has extensive experience in the textile coatings industry, currently serving as the Head of Textile Coatings for the NAFTA region at Covestro since September 2015. In this role, Bob is responsible for the entire business, driving innovative products for diverse applications such as military, automotive, and fashion. Bob has a proven track record in launching new brands and developing relationships for a global brand portfolio. Prior to Covestro, Bob held a similar position at Bayer Holding Ltd. from August 2011 to September 2015. Educational credentials include an MBA from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Bob is pursuing a Captain's License from the US Coast Guard Academy.
