Sarah Reed is a professional with extensive experience in claims operations, finance, event coordination, and public information. Currently serving as a Claims Operations Associate at Coverys since November 2022, Sarah previously held key roles at Ngage Management, including Finance and Operations Manager and Event and Membership Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as an Event Assistant at the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, where involvement included the planning and marketing of multiple annual educational events, and working as a Public Information Coordinator for Ingham County. Sarah’s career began with administrative responsibilities in the parks department, leading to a promotion as a marketing intern, and included a communications internship at the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Michigan State University, earned in 2017.
