Elizabeth Brodeur's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Coverys since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Safety Insurance, where they served as General Counsel from March 2021 to September 2022, Corporate Counsel from March 2017 to February 2021, and Director of Legal and Regulatory Compliance from July 2013 to February 2021. Before joining Safety Insurance, they worked at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance in various roles, including First Deputy Commissioner of Insurance from 2011 to 2013, Acting Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel from 2010 to 2011, Deputy General Counsel from 2004 to 2010, and Enforcement/Market Conduct Counsel from 1999 to 2004.
Elizabeth Brodeur attended Yale University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Elizabeth then went on to attend Vermont Law School from 1992 to 1995, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Additionally, they pursued further studies at Vermont Law School from 1992 to 1996 and completed a Masters in Studies in Environmental Law (MSL) degree.
