Hylke Alons is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Director at CoverWallet, an Aon company, Hylke has spearheaded the launch of external partners on the CoverWallet platform and developed strategies for scalable integrations. Previously, Hylke held positions as Technical Director and Engineering Manager at Pagantis, where responsibilities included leading teams through hypergrowth phases and managing technical implementations in the fintech space. Hylke's background also includes software engineering roles at Cabify, STARZPlay.com, and Tvilight Intelligent Lighting, along with entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of Dehos Toezicht. Hylke holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Universidad Isabel I.
