João Terrível has over 20 years of professional experience. João began their career in 1999 as a Merchandise Coordinator at Atlântico - Pavilhão Multiusos de Lisboa S.A. In 2002, they joined Groupe SEB as a Trainee. In 2004, they moved to SIVA as a Parts & Service Field Manager. After that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson from 2008 to 2016, starting as an Analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Analyst and Consultant. In 2016, they joined FlexBen, Lda. as a Project Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became the Head of Special Projects at Coverflex, where they are responsible for managing every part of compensation beyond salary, such as benefits, insurance, meal allowance and exclusive discounts.

João Terrível received their Post Graduate degree in Entrepreneurship from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2003. João attended Escola Secundária do Lumiar from 1987 to 1996 and Colegio Manuel Bernardes from 1983 to 1987.
