Rich Dorsey began their work experience in 2013 as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance, where they worked until May 2019. In 2019, they joined USI Insurance Services as a Select Commercial Producer, and remained in that role until September 2021. Currently, Rich Dorsey works at Renegade Insurance, serving as the Director of Commercial Agent Development since September 2021.

Rich Dorsey studied Marketing at Rider University.
