Dan LaBert is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in association management, leadership, and strategic development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Coventry since January 2025 and Chief Executive Officer of NAILBA since November 2017, LaBert has successfully overhauled a 10,000-member association and significantly improved membership initiatives and industry relationships. Previous roles include President of Independent Distribution at Finseca and Executive Director at the Brewers of Pennsylvania, where LaBert advanced the craft beer industry in Pennsylvania. LaBert has held various leadership positions across organizations such as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bar Association of Lehigh County, demonstrating a strong background in organizational growth and strategic planning.
