Randy Luther has extensive experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, having served as Lead CM Construction Manager for the BOYL Division at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. since December 2010. In addition, Randy Luther is the President and Owner of R&B Hill Country Homes LLC, a position held since January 2003. As Treasurer for the Bulverde Youth Soccer Association since March 2008, Randy Luther oversees financial and bookkeeping responsibilities for the non-profit organization. Previous roles include Customer Care Manager at Wilshire Homes, Warranty Manager at Landmark Homes/Sunrise Homes, Lead Homebuilding Manager at Landmark Homes, and Homebuilding Manager at Ryland Homes. Randy Luther holds an Associate's Degree from Howard Community College, obtained between 1980 and 1982.
