Megan Chen is a graphic designer and marketing assistant currently employed at Covenant House Vancouver since August 2020. In addition to this role, Megan has maintained a self-employed graphic design practice since 2018, collaborating with various organizations including Aisle, Makers Artist United, BlackArt Gastown, 221A, Imagine Create Media, and BSides Vancouver. Megan's previous experience includes working as an illustrator and communication designer at the Health Design Lab at Emily Carr University from August 2019 to January 2021 and serving as a student services and studio assistant at Arts Umbrella from September 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Megan contributed as a graphic designer for G Day for Girls from February 2018 to July 2020, focusing on the design of printed materials and properly preparing files for print. Megan holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Emily Carr University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
