Cynthia (Cindy) Hopkins is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President at Covenant Care since January 2023, Cindy has held significant roles including Vice President at Aspen Healthcare, Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Belmont Village Senior Living, and HR Consultant & Director at Integral Senior Living. Formerly, Cindy owned Hopkins Consulting and was Vice President of Human Resources at Ensign Group. Cindy's earlier career includes positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at Sybron Dental Specialties and Human Resources Manager at Verifone. With advanced education including a Human Resource Analytics certificate from The Wharton School and an MBA from Chapman University, Cindy is well-equipped to lead and innovate in human resources practices.
