Kumarie Persaud, MS, is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Covanta since February 2020, Kumarie previously held the position of Staff Accountant at Sims Metal Management Limited from March 2018 to February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Accountant and Logistics Associate at Derek Lam from May 2016 to March 2018, and an internship at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, from November 2012 to June 2013. Kumarie holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution (2013-2017), along with coursework completed at Wroxton College, Oxfordshire, England, in 2015.
