Alfred Devarapalli has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alfred is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Covalience, LLC, where they oversee operations in HR, Finance, Admin, Legal & Compliance, and Office Management. Alfred joined the company in 2020. Prior to this, Alfred served as a Board of Directors member at Shanti Consulting, a cross-cultural consulting firm, starting in 2001. At Aleyant, they held the position of Vice President of Software Development from 2016 to 2020 and played a key role in adopting Agile and SAFe frameworks across multiple R&D teams. Alfred worked at Tech Mahindra as a Program Delivery Manager from 2007 to 2016. Alfred also worked at SunGard as a Director of Delivery, leading offshore product development and establishing a center of excellence. At Selectica, Alfred was a Senior Manager in Testing, responsible for transitioning testing work to India and improving test automation levels. Earlier in their career, they worked at Acro Computing as a Director and at Intergraph as a Test Lead, focusing on CAD/CAM and GIS products. Alfred began their IT career at Intergraph in 1992.
