Stephanie O'Neill currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since August 2023, following a similar role at East Metropolitan Health Service from August 2021 to August 2023. In these positions, Stephanie contributed to strategic projects and led a team of HR Consultants to enhance HR services and operational programs. Prior to that, at Murdoch University from 2013 to 2021, Stephanie held various roles, including People Services Team Leader, where leadership involved process and continuous improvement initiatives, and also served as a People and Culture Analyst and Advisor. Earlier experience includes roles at Georgiou, where Stephanie focused on HR systems administration and recruitment. Stephanie is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree in Law at The University of Western Australia, complementing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Japanese from Curtin University.
