Luke Greenwood currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Organisational Development at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since January 2023. Prior roles include Group Leadership & Culture Manager at DRA Global and Learning and Organisational Development Supervisor at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, where significant focus was placed on enhancing organisational capabilities. Luke has also held positions such as Manager of Executive Education at AIM WA-UWA Business School, Project Manager and Facilitator at Sentis, Associate Consultant at Chandler Macleod, and Trainee Psychologist with the Royal Australian Navy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Psychology (Organisational) and a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University.
