Fiona Carss is a seasoned professional in wealth structuring with extensive experience in advising high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients on wealth succession and estate planning. Currently serving as the Director of Wealth Structuring at Coutts since December 2013, Fiona has progressed through various roles within the firm, including Associate Director. Prior to joining Coutts, Fiona held the position of Director at LawWorks Scotland and served as Treasurer for the Scottish Young Lawyers' Association. Fiona's foundational experience includes working as an Associate at Miller Samuel Hill Brown Solicitors, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of succession planning and private client matters. Educationally, Fiona holds a Diploma in Trusts and Estates from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a Diploma in Legal Practice from Robert Gordon University, and an LLB in Law from the University of Strathclyde.
