Muireann Carton is a legal professional currently serving as a Judicial Assistant at the Courts Service since September 2023. Previously, Muireann held prominent editorial roles at The Social and Political Review, including Editor In Chief and Senior Editor, from January 2022 to May 2023. An internship at Arthur Cox LLP in August 2022 provided valuable experience in a leading corporate law firm. Muireann has demonstrated leadership as Chairperson and Public Relations Officer of the TCD Traditional Irish Music Society from July 2020 to May 2022, and as Marketing Director for ELSA Trinity from May 2021 to May 2022. Additional roles include Junior Editor at The Social and Political Review and tour management positions at Causey Farm. Muireann obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and participated in an academic exchange at The University of Hong Kong. Education foundation was completed at Sacred Heart School Tullamore with a Leaving Certificate.
