Thomas Gensemer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Public Policy Holding Company since January 2019, Gensemer also holds investor and advisor positions at CourtAvenue and Kasita, an innovative hospitality start-up. Previous experience includes interim CMO and senior advisory roles at the International Rescue Committee, as well as leadership positions at BlueLabs and Burson-Marsteller, where Gensemer oversaw strategic initiatives and extensive restructuring efforts. Gensemer co-founded Blue State, a digital marketing agency sold to WPP, and directed digital strategies for America Coming Together. Educational achievements include a BA in Political Science from New York University and a certification in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design.
