Stephen Rubenstein is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Club Operations Manager at BlueStar Resort & Golf since April 2024. With a robust background in fine dining and restaurant management, Rubenstein has held notable positions such as General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts and as a Sommelier with The Court of Master Sommeliers. Previous leadership roles include Director of Operations at Topgolf Callaway Brands and Senior General Manager at North Italia Tucson, where involvement with the James Beard nominee Sam Fox was prominent.
