Katherine Helena Mellin is a seasoned professional in both the wine and legal sectors. Currently serving as Sales & Business Development at Con-nois-seur Wine Imports Inc. since June 2024, Katherine has a long-standing affiliation with The Court of Master Sommeliers as a Certified Sommelier since 2018. Katherine founded Apparition Wines & Spirits in January 2012, driven by a passion for quality wines and spirits. Katherine’s legal expertise includes roles as Interim Chief Legal & Risk Officer at William Osler Health System and General Counsel at Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation. An educator, Katherine has presented at Osgoode Hall Law School's Health Law Certificate Program. With a robust educational background, Katherine holds degrees in law, health sciences administration, and various wine and spirits certifications.
