David Jimenez is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager and Wine Director at Solera - Bar. Kitchen. Tasting since August 2019. David also holds a managerial position at Bin 77 Bistro & Wine, where responsibilities date back to May 2019, and has held various roles including Event Manager, Bartender, and Server since September 2018. As an Introductory Sommelier with The Court of Master Sommeliers since July 2017, David contributes extensive wine knowledge to the field. Previous experience includes serving as a Server Sommelier at Ruth's Chris Steak House, a Bartender and Server Trainer at Galatoire's Restaurant, and a Head Server at Tommy's Fish House. David began a career in customer service with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in 2010. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Dutchtown High School and studies in Psychology and Business at Southeastern Louisiana University.
