Erika Pedersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategic management, and business development. As the Chief Development Officer at Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA OC) since November 2021, Erika leads initiatives in donor development and fundraising to support youth in foster care. Previously, as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Appriss Retail, Erika managed a $17M portfolio and drove customer success through cross-functional team leadership in SaaS application implementation. Erika's career also includes roles in marketing, sales, and account management at organizations such as St. John's Episcopal Church and School, The Retail Equation, Hallmark Cards, and DHL. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
