Sylvia Barboza Lexington is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. Currently serving as the VP & Associate General Counsel, Corporate at Coursera since February 2024, Sylvia has held significant legal positions at various companies. Prior roles include VP & Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Deputy General Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance at Zuora from March 2018 to January 2024, and Managing Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Intel Corporation from April 2013 to March 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Associate General Counsel at SGI, Senior Corporate Counsel at Synopsys, and Senior Corporate Associate at Fenwick and West.
