Navjot Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management and related fields. Currently serving as Principal PSM for APAC at Coursera since July 2023, Navjot has previously held the role of Manager HRM CSM at upGrad from December 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes positions such as STC at NIIT Limited, Associate Director at Hero Mindmine, and Senior Manager at Cooperative Energy. Navjot began career as Manager at SSPL. An education in human resources is supported by a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Development, specializing in Learning and Development and HRM, from the University of Bedfordshire.
