Gregory Kyle Lee has extensive experience in the courier and customer service industries, currently serving as President of both CourierNet since February 2015 and Precise Courier & Parcel Delivery since September 2014. Prior roles include a Floor Leader and Assistant Floor Leader at Convergys, where responsibilities included scheduling, and an Escalation Specialist and Customer Service Representative at the same company. Gregory's earlier experience includes working as a Cashier at Petro Express and an Assistant Manager at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. Gregory holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from ECPI University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College.
