Jason Kleve is currently the Managing Director of Courage Capital Management, LLC, where they oversee the Courage Music Fund since 2019. They previously served as President of JMK Analytics from 2017 to 2019 and held various inventory analysis roles at Musicland between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Analysis at Universal Music Group from 1998 to 1999, where they established the Business Analysis department and implemented tools that generated over $300 million in incremental EBITDA. Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating in 1993.
