Vinay Garg is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Coupang since December 2023. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Director of Engineering at Latch from December 2021 to November 2023. Vinay’s career includes significant contributions as an Engineering Manager at Google from March 2015 to December 2021, and as an Engineering Team Lead at Microsoft from December 2008 to March 2015. Vinay began the professional journey as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Cadence Design Systems and a Senior Software Engineer at GeometricPLM. Educationally, Vinay earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, graduating in 2002.
