Susan Kowitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT transformation and corporate applications, currently serving as Director and Head of IT Transformation at Coupang since June 2019. Prior to this role, Susan held a position on the Board of Directors at the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America from February 2017 to May 2019.
