Derrick Heng is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design, user experience, and leadership across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Manager and Group Product Design Lead at Rakuten Rewards, Derrick shapes the UX vision for smarter shopping. Previously, Derrick held key roles at Amazon, overseeing video experiences for Alexa on Echo devices, and at Commonwealth Bank as a Senior UX Consultant, where Derrick designed mobile payment solutions. Derrick co-founded White Projects Agency, contributing to digital design and branding solutions, and has been an active member of the InVision Design Leadership Forum. Derrick holds a Master's in Business and Interactive Media Design from the University of Sydney and has completed comprehensive training in UX design.
